HBC started construction of the Soai Kinh Lam commercial center and residential project

VNRE - This morning, on 12/10/2010, Hoa Binh Corporation (HBC) officially started construction of the Soai Kinh Lam commercial center and residential project.

The project is invested by the Phu An Hung IT and Investment Construction JSC and the District 5th Public Service Limited company. Located at the intersection of Tran Hung Dao B - Phung Hung - Nguyen Trai, Ward 14, District 5, Soai Kinh Lam project has an area of more than 4800m 2, includes 2 blocks with 30 floors and 18 floors. The total investment capital is 823 billions.

Hoa Binh Corp is the contractor of underground items of the project. With a total investment of more than 78 billions. The entire works are expected to be completed within 165 days.
